Science says….
during our life on this planet 500,000 body cells die each second.
Each day about 50 billion cells in our body are replaced
resulting in a completely new body each year.
Every year about 98 percent of the molecules and atoms in
our body are being replaced. Each living being is in an unstable
balance of two opposing processes of
continual disintegration and integration
just like our total reality…expands and contracts ‘always’
The only stability in existence is constant flux…
there’s no-thing to be afraid of… including the human pulse of life
and death.
Think about it.
