
Worry and fear is a belief in a negative outcome.
Acting on worry or fear (even acting against the feared event happening) means you are holding that energy and commiting to that outcome as a possible reality.
Acting on worry and fear can only produce a lousy current experience
AND
save the potential for more in the fuure.
WHY? HOW?
The language of reality is energy/vibration.
By acting or moving or vibrating in worry or fear you are reinforcing a self-destructive belief which is stored in your subconscious
AND
making it stronger which will continue to produce negative experiences in your life.
Reality listens and responds to your magnetic resonance NOT your words (unless they
line up with your energy).
When you vibrate worry and fear the universe hears “I believe I am going to get this crappy
experience” and it responds to your signal.
How do you beat the cycle?
1) Refuse to take any action based on the worry and fear.
2) Start to expect joy, love, and happiness in your life and focus on that.
If you find that hard to do at this point start to shift your energy by thinking
of those things you are thankful for or happy about and visualize future events
that would make you happy. This will help shift your energetic resonance.
Thank you for this. I allowed myself to have a bad day yesterday because a new client no-showed and I plummeted into fear and financial insecurity. Today I got a new client, and that makes me feel great. My real goal is to feel good, hopeful and joyous regardless of the day to day comings and goings of my clients.

Thanks for the wonderful site. Although I have been aware of these truths for some time, I have periods of time when I simply forget them, and allow myself to be swallowed up by negative thoughts. The results are exactly as you describe them – disastrous. It helps to have a forum such as this to reinforce my knowledge of reality creation. I was not aware of the concept of listening to vibrations to affect change, and I thank you for introducing me to that. I have been listening to it, and the effect has been nothing short of miraculous. Once again, thank you, thank you, thank you.
