WE CAN LEAVE THE NEST NOW!

THE LAW of ATTRACTION was only the beginning to knowing our true self and LIVING AS CONSCIOUS BEINGS.

Now we are in the FINAL STAGES of living as primates and mammals, and taking the first really BIG STEP to living
and operating as consciousness … discovering all the inherent abilities we possess as part of our true nature.

The time for TALKING has ended we are actually EVOLVING because
we NOW know HOW to leave the ‘nest’ … our bodies, and fly out into
the sea of consciousness that surrounds us and is existence.

How do I know?
I’M DOING IT!

What started for me as a two week out of body experience 33 years
ago and was the impetus for my spiritual and scientific search has
culminated with these two simple exercises that we can do as much
as possible all day long until like a little child learning to walk, we pop
out of our familiar three-dimensional pattern/nest/body and learn
to navigate the sea of our greater being.

Do you want to fly?
Do you have the juice?
The desire to really do this?

This is not some new interesting idea, your movement as energy
is literally impulsed by your will and directed by your intelligence.

Energy moves instinctually in and out of patterns (in fact
existence itself is an embedded fractal pattern that unfolds and
folds ad infinitum) but when intelligence evolves we then have a
faster and more conscious abilty to move in and out of patterns.

And this is where we find our selves right now … ready to take the leap!

THE PRIMARY EXERCISES
Repeat as often as possible

EXERCISE ONE – LEAVING THE NEST

SIT DOWN and relax.

FIRST get a sense of your true self – conscious energy…
usually located right behind your eyes.

THEN using the hand you naturally favor, bring all the fingers together
to a point and lightly tap the top of your head until most of your attention is
directed to that spot.

NOW while also sensing the normal position of your awareness behind your
eyes direct your awareness to the new point where your hand is tapping.

NEXT slowly lift your hand like you’re pulling your consciousness out of your head
to a point about 12 inches above your head. If it’s easier with your eyes closed -
do it. This is about getting the feeling of shifting your perspective.

WHEN your energy and awareness are fully focused there remove your hand and try
to keep your entire energy and attention there as long as possible even to the point
of losing awareness of your body.

When you get good at this you can do it while your physical body is moving.
The goal is to get used to leaving and re-entering your body at will.

EXERCISE TWO – SPREADING OUT

SIT and pay attention to your breathing as you
calmly breathe in and out.

NOW as you breathe out, while sensing your consciousness
inside your head, feel it expand to the edges of the scene you
are perceiving.

THEN on the inhale feel your consciousness completely
retracting with your breathe back into your body.

This exercise is exhilarating and is a blast to play around with.

TWO EXERCISES . . . . .
YOU CAN DO ALL THE TIME
TO BUILD UP YOUR ABILITY
TO LEAVE THE NEST.

You can make up your own exercises too.

It’s all about grasping the sense of  yourself as
the energy you consider to be ‘your ATTENTION’
as in when you are ‘paying attention to something’.

That’s the REAL YOU and what we’re practising is
knowing that by direct experience and how to move
as “consciousness within consciousness”.

This is just the first step … only the beginning ..
but it is large and will show you whether or not
you are ready to start.

    I need to know more about how to have the outerbody experience.

      Hi Shawnta!
      I think the problem most people have with an OBE is they are expecting to pop out in a ghostly form with no feeling of their three-dimensional form at all. Unless you’re a natural at it, like learning to walk, it takes practice and as you get along more visuals etc. At first
      it’s more like a feeling – remember you and your soul are formless. Here is the initial exercise with links to the next ones.
      Just know you can do this – everyone can and we do every night.
