You are energy … conscious energy.

Not a primate, hominid, or Homo Sapien although most of us think we are.
And admittedly it seems like that as the strongest sensations come from
the friction of a three-dimensional experience.

Your energy has been nested in a three-dimensional hominid form for an
estimated 5-6 million years and in particular the Homo Sapien form for
some 130,000 years.

When our intelligence was primitive we had stories or myths about who
we are that only added to keeping us nested in form until death forced
us out once again, and in our fear and uncertainty as to who we are, we
immediately reenter a hominid form to feel safe once again.

Now thanks to scientific language we are escaping the stories and creating
a clearer view of reality and who we are each day.

We are intelligent enough to deduce and then realize by a direct
experience who we are, where we are, and what’s really going on
in existence.

Like an infant learning to know itself as a physical form now is
the time to wake up and know yourself as consciousness and
the first step is easy.

SIT DOWN and relax.

CLOSE YOUR EYES and breathe naturally.

LOCATE the feeling or sense of your awareness
inside your head right behind your eyes. This is
the real you .. formless ..energetic.

MOVE this ‘sense of yourself’ around inside your
head and get a feel for yourself as energy and
how you can move yourself around.

THAT’S IT the first baby step in knowing yourself
as conscious energy or consciousness or, if you
prefer, spirit.
