
You’re reading this because there’s something about the
idea of personal access to everywhere you find intriguing.
Secret passageways to everywhere and everything opening
a possibility of a more complex and exciting life experience for
yourself.
Well it’s true and you already have the way to access these
levels within yourself. It’s only a matter of giving yourself
permission and learning how to do it ( oh yes there is some
effort involved ).
First things first …
if you really aren’t sure who you really are, where you
really are, and what’s really happening in this place we
call ‘reality’ then do yourself a favor and read this

Okay so how do I find this wormhole or access?
You learn to expand your sense of self at will by relocating
your soul from your current three-dimensional form or pattern
to anywhere or everywhere within our collective omnipresence.
In other words … YOU BECOME MULTIDIMENSIONAL.
In layman terms you know yourself as the formless energy
you are by leaving your body’s perspective and relocating
your perspective anywhere you choose within the whole.
Are you ready to take the leap?
Here are the beginning exercises to open your access.
THE PRIMARY EXERCISES
Repeat as often as possible
EXERCISE ONE – LEAVING THE NEST

SIT DOWN and relax.
FIRST get a sense of your true self – conscious energy…
seemingly/usually located right behind your eyes.
THEN using the hand you naturally favor, bring all the fingers together
to a point and lightly tap the top of your head until most of your attention is
directed to that spot.
NOW while also sensing the normal position of your awareness behind your
eyes direct your awareness to the new point where your hand is tapping.
NEXT slowly lift your hand like you’re pulling your consciousness out of your head
to a point about 12 inches above your head. If it’s easier with your eyes closed -
do it. This is about getting the feeling of shifting your perspective.
WHEN your energy and awareness are fully focused there remove your hand and try
to keep your entire energy and attention there as long as possible even to the point
of losing awareness of your body.
When you get good at this you can do it while your physical body is moving.
The goal is to get used to leaving and re-entering your body at will.
EXERCISE TWO – SPREADING OUT

SIT and pay attention to your breathing as you
calmly breathe in and out.
NOW as you breathe out, while sensing your consciousness
inside your head, feel it expand to the edges of the scene you
are perceiving.
THEN on the inhale feel your consciousness completely
retracting with your breathe back into your body.
This exercise is exhilarating and is a blast to play around with.
TWO EXERCISES . . . . .
YOU CAN DO ALL THE TIME
TO BUILD UP YOUR ABILITY
TO LEAVE THE NEST.
It’s all about grasping the sense of yourself as
the energy you consider to be ‘your ATTENTION’
as in when you are ‘paying attention to something’.
That’s the REAL YOU and what we’re practising is
knowing that by direct experience and how to move
as “consciousness within consciousness”.
This is just the first step … only the beginning ..
but it is large and will show you whether or not
you are ready to start.
PS: PRACTICE
At first the whole experience may seem more like
a feeling only but as you continue it only gets
better and better.
This is only the beginning to a multidimensional
experience of life on every level.

I want to thank you, I have been serching for this site for years. You bring me such joy with your words. I have known for so long and just needed a push. Your my push. I am working on leaving the nest as I have been for years. I have changed a bit in my efforts as I have always had luck with it better from a lucid state. Now I am practicing from a waken state. Thanks for the kind words. I think knowing intellectually that the real you
is already omnipresent and the connections are already there makes it
easier to relocate. It doesn’t seem like such a daunting task then in your
mind. These six exercises will also help you on your way .. like learning to
talk and walk as an infant it takes practice.
