Unless You’re Under The
SPELL . . . That It Isn’t.

The words SPELLING and SPELL can be traced back to the
time when the act of writing was considered a form of magic
and it is.

Words are powerful magic to capture and control beings.

Look at the programming we accept culturally as truth that
effects and controls our lives as primates – religion, patriotism,
and authority … causing us to give up our natural inherent trait
and power as consciousness to create what we want.

WHY LIFE IS MAGIC

For 38 years, using my life as a laboratory, I have studied and
experimented with the effect of my thoughts, words, emotions,
and actions on my personal experience within existence.

I developed my own thesis on the meaning and basic structure
of existence … The Eternal Cycle.

After all this my best description of how existence moves/operates
is similiar to the way we as humans ‘dream’ ( minus the personality
and intelligence behind it feeding the dream as  they are  not
‘always present’ or ‘constant’ …  they are developed traits ).

LIFE

Whatever the ‘always present’ essence ‘is’ and our attempt to
symbolize it with words like ‘subjective consciousness’
… ‘beingness’…. ‘energy’…… I believe ‘it’ acts more like
a mind than just energy; and although the constant action
of our collective self appears to be a cycle or pulse of vibratory
expansion and contraction, it behaves more like the activity of a
mind waking and sleeping.

When active or awake, it’s ‘dreaming’ or ‘creating’ is yet another
evolutionary journey of existence to know itself again in an endless
series of awakenings and dormant periods.

And then we have ‘us’ …..
the portion of the collective dream where the dreamer becomes
intelligent and lucid.

I believe each one of us is a portion of our collective self evolving
and learning to know itself and it’s creation within our collective
mind or dream.

YOU

So what does this mean to you and me as individuals?

We each have a space within our collective dream/mind to play, to
create, to enjoy. To do this we have to become ‘lucid’ or aware
of who we really are and what’s going on here ( that’s
enlightenment ) and then with this in mind SHIFT to that
new perspective and treat our experience as such.

Continue to dream the old dream of primates and testosterone
and money and struggle and that’s what you’ll get ……….
more of that.

It’s time to take ownership of our dream ‘space’ and create
what we want….after all - it’s only a dream!

This blog is now four years old. As you’ve noticed I don’t post as
often as I used to. Why? We don’t need any more words or ideas to
kick around … it’s time to take action and actually evolve.

We no longer have to figure out how or why.
I decided to summarize what we’ve learned and
how we’re evolving right now.

ONE
What is existence?
Existence is an indestructible subjectively conscious presence
which continuously cycles between a simple vibrational state and a
complex series of vibrational patterns, an embedded fractal pattern
folding and unfolding within itself.

In other words existence is an always present consciousness which
oscillates between a dormant and active state exploring patterns
within itself to know itself again and again. Like us it sleeps
and wakes so to speak.

TWO
Who are you and I?
We are this presence… existence<.
As temporary, individual, holographic replicas of the whole, we are
patterns which have created morphogenetic subfields of information
(souls if you like) and evolved intelligence to survive and undetstand
who we are and what’s really happening here.

THREE
How to evolve past the primate stage
and be yourself right now. You are and have always been
a formless conscious energetic presence so now that we
see this how do we live it and open our self to a broader,
more complete experience of our self?

This paradigm shift involves you overcoming time and space
and becoming a multidimensional creative being. To accomplish
this you must practice literally living life from these three perspectives
instead of the old ‘I am this body/human being living under the
calendar and limitations of time and space”.

Sounds impossible but we can do it … three steps
three perspectives … three actions and we shift.

Think about it when you entered that human form you didn’t start
talking and walking instantly you had to learn to make the shift …
same deal here.

HERE ARE THE THREE STEPS

1) LIVE IN OUR PRESENCE, THE ‘NOW‘, as though that’s all there is.

2) EMBRACE AND ONLY USE YOUR POWER AS CONSCIOUSNESS to alter your

After my first guided learning experience outside of three-dimensions
I was anxious to get back out of my body consciousness and into the
finer dimensions of existence. Little did I know this lesson was
going to be a lot harder than the last.

The third dimension is the kindergarten of the soul.
It’s where we gain intelligence through a subject-object (or ‘objective’)
experience and out of the harsh chaos and raw energy of ‘anything goes’ our soul
learns what it’s really like by comparison. The metaphor is eating from the Tree of
Good and Evil to know ‘good and evil’ until we’re ready to eat from the Tree of Life
(existence in it’s entirety) and live forever know our self as the ‘always present’
consciousness.

It’s great that the thoughts we entertain in 3D are slow to manifest and take a long
time to show up here or we’d probably freak out before our intelligence has kicked in
to understand, and end up killing our body.
Sadly, some do anyway.

This time as I relocated from my body and the third dimension I was taken to the
hidden darker parts of my soul … the images, memories,
and feelings I hide about myself in 3D waking consciousness as to not
have to deal with them.

I saw that even in the darkest areas of our soul there is light and
there is a way to understand and forgive yourself.

I’m not going to share my particulars but at the end I had a clearer
understanding of my soul as Lou and was able to forgive my ignorance
and mostly that’s what our dark side is – ignorance of our true being
… that’s why 3D turns out to be the beginning and a learning experience.

I was told we have to see ourself clearly before we open up completely
to the other souls and true nature of existence – unity.

According to the Gregorian calendar and our way of measuring three-dimensional activity
I have been leaving my body or ‘relocating’ as consciousness for almost a year.

For the most part I’ve just been enjoying myself and living in awe meeting and
watching what our more evolved conscious siblings can do and create in these
higher, unlimited dimensions including their ability to focus on a certain vibration
say ‘bliss’to enjoy that. There is nothing on earth to compare (and at one point
in my life I’ve tried it all … drugs, meditation, you name it).

But my last experience was different.
I like to feel I can teach myself anything but obviously I have
teachers or helpers because I went through something I hadn’t
planned.

Usually we don’t see our faces unless there’s a mirror around so
we really are more used to the feeling of our self as ‘awareness’
(that feeling seemingly inside our head) instead of experiencing
our self as our face (which is mostly representative of our soul
and form in 3D).

After our initial two years of learning to perceive and function
in our bodies as infants, one of our strongest subconscious imprints
is ‘I am this body’ even before we had the words to express that.
So it’s not the easiest belief to release.

So what happened?
In my last ‘outing’ I kept shifting form, seemingly without direction
or effort on my part, so obviously another being was teaching me
to see what it’s like not to be attached to one image/form. In this
first lesson I was different people … my awareness of self or my individual
soul would remain constant but I would shift from form to form (reminded
me of the famous 80′s movie Slacker where they would move from one
perspective to another).

It didn’t really freak me out as I have had two direct experiences of
expanding to literally being conscious of being all, so I know there
is ultimately only one essence here in existence but it was an entirely
different experience and I feel I’ve grown a little more.

This was my first ‘lesson’ experience and I’m looking forward to
more. I wanted to share this to encourage you to do the initial
exercises and begin your evolution to our next stage of existence.

We knew it ….
the hominid thing couldn’t last forever (although we never
imagined it would take 7 million years for you to ‘wise’ up
and wake up) but the primate thing is now losing it’s luster
and we are finally able to peel you away from your
three-dimensional addiction to the human image.

In a multidimensional setting there’s no space and time and every

There’s no avoiding it …
EXISTENCE IS AN INDESTRUCTIBLE ENERGETIC PRESENCE THAT PULSES

It answers all the questions and paradoxes of existence and I
have had a direct experience of it.

This continuous and constant activity is the nature of existence and is instinctual.

Since existence is always present or indestructible it never
had a beginning and will never end … those concepts are ‘time oriented’ and
existence has nothing to do with time except it create a three-dimensional
illusion of linear progression during part of it’s expansive
stage as it becomes more complex within itself.

BUT on it’s way to complexity and during it’s three-dimensional experience
as matter, evolved organisms develop intelligence as an improved
survival tool, and the inherent subjective consciousness they possess
eventually pushes them to seek to understand ourself better…
we want to know ourself completely.

So in the early stages of hominid development our lack
of scientific intelligence causes us to create myths and
religions about the collective source of all things we intuit.

Everyone knows the sensation we call LOVE feels great and
is one of the strongest motivations for ACTION.

Did you also know it can be used in a clear positive manner to
readjust your magnetic resonance and attract what you want
into your life?

If you’re manifesting a reality that no longer nourishes
your soul and you want to shift but you have issues blocking
your visualization and staying in the energy of what you want

When you think or say I LOVE ’something’ and mean it you create

saying “I LOVE having money, being loved by my beloved,
or less specific “I LOVE being happy” but it works.

Instead of thinking of it as some mystical magical mantra or
formula just think of it as an energetic tool to keep you
in the energy or resonance to attract what you want in
your life.

I’m writing this because I believe it is a key element in our understanding to grasp who we really are
and use the power of creation which is ‘ALWAYS PRESENT‘. I know this post is rather wordy but
please read it as I believe grasping this is vital to our growth as conscious creative beings.

THE POWER TO ALTER REALITY AND CREATE NEW FORMS IS WHY EVOLUTION WORKS.

Even before beings are evolved that can develop reasoning and higher forms of intelligence primitive
life forms and beings use this always present power to morph their forms by desire. For example, a
fish has a desire to step out of the water onto land to escape their predators and this desire
impulses the unified field to create legs.

It takes them longer to get results but that same power they unconsciously used is the power we
now wield to sometimes get immediate results.

What I want to get across here is the power of creation is not some holy mystical power we must earn …
IT IS ALWAYS PRESENT … IT IS PART OF OUR VERY NATURE … YOUR VERY NATURE ALWAYS
and our current level of intelligence only helps us to use it in a more effective and complex way.

If you’ve read my posts you know I believe existence continuously cycles in and out of expression …
pulses vibrationally from a simple vibration to a complex series of vibrations we call creation, the

Using our intellect to impulse existence in a faster and more efficient manner is what we are now
learning.

It is our ability to use our minds to focus, and change our energetic resonance through
our emotions that is refining the process of CREATING as life demonstrates it’s
amazing ability to express itself.

Our culture teaches your power to effect change is based on
your physical prowess, financial strength, and your social
influence.

For years now a small group of consciousness pioneers have
played with their mental and energetic ability to effect change.

The technique below represents my newest approach in being
more effective in my creative endeavors. I hope it empowers
you to a greater extent in your use of your power to create
happiness in your world and I hope you’ll give it a try.

CREATING FROM THE PRIME VIBRATION

Existence is one whole unified vibrating presence. So our
individual vibrational expressions are always a branch off
the main and always present prime vibration … aum. This
technique is more powerful because it is a direct energetic
shift versus creating from your personality and story line.

LOCATE and start a lengthy recording of the AUM steam.

SIT DOWN and relax.

BREATHE in a relaxed manner and continue to relax
feeling each part of your body relaxing.

RELEASE yourself from your story line and personality
and feel and become the prime vibration as much as you can.

FEEL yourself as a vibratory branch of the primal vibration.

NOW focus on the change you desire in your experience
and feel the shift now coming directly from the prime
stream.

FINALLY bring yourself back to your three-dimensional
form and environment knowing the shift has occurred.

YES it’s true … if you have the juice … the desire… to move on … to a more complex living experience as an conscious energetic creative multidimentional being there are NOW six exercises you can do whenever and
wherever you choose to get you there.

That’s right … no magic wands … no ‘zap you’ rays from
the center of the galaxy to turn you into an amazing being
(which is our true identity already), just a series of exercises
to help you discover and uncover your true powerful, loving,
creative self.

OUr goal is to get a first hand direct experience of your
expanded omnipresent energetic self.

THE PRIMARY EXERCISES
Repeat as often as possible

EXERCISE ONE – LEAVING THE NEST

SIT DOWN and relax.

FIRST get a sense of your true self – conscious energy…
usually located right behind your eyes.

THEN using the hand you naturally favor, bring all the fingers together
to a point and lightly tap the top of your head until most of your attention is
directed to that spot.

NOW while also sensing the normal position of your awareness behind your
eyes direct your awareness to the new point where your hand is tapping.

NEXT slowly lift your hand like you’re pulling your consciousness out of your head
to a point about 12 inches above your head. If it’s easier with your eyes closed -
do it. This is about getting the feeling of shifting your perspective.

WHEN your energy and awareness are fully focused there remove your hand and try
to keep your entire energy and attention there as long as possible even to the point
of losing awareness of your body.

When you get good at this you can do it while your physical body is moving.
The goal is to get used to leaving and re-entering your body at will.

EXERCISE TWO – SPREADING OUT

SIT and pay attention to your breathing as you
calmly breathe in and out.

NOW as you breathe out, while sensing your consciousness
inside your head, feel it expand to the edges of the scene you
are perceiving.

THEN on the inhale feel your consciousness completely
retracting with your breathe back into your body.

This exercise is exhilarating and is a blast to play around with.

EXERCISE THREE – BACKDOOR ESCAPE

Instead of going from our body perspective seemingly
traveling out and about, we will go to our omnipresent
state and go within.

SIT in a comfortable quiet place.

BREATHE in a relaxed manner and continue to relax
feeling each part of your body relaxing.

FOCUS on your feeling of ‘awareness’ usually located
in your head region behind your eyes.

CONTINUE to focus on this feeling of awareness
until you get completely lost in it and almost completely
lose consciousness of your body.

BINGO you are out and from this feeling
you can relocate by thinking of any place or anyone or
following another feeling.

This works because everything is already this one ‘awareness’
and when you feel it completely your perspective expands. You
literally expand your soul to be the all and then backdoor
back in to a specific.

THE AFFIRMATION EXERCISES
Repeat as often as possible and FEEL your true self.

EXERCISE ONE – REMOVING THE WALLS

We learn language by naming and labeling everything we
see … everything is separate … everything is NOT me.
This is what we’re taught.

This exercise is all about bypassing that programming and
making a real connection with the truth …
EVERYTHING IS CONSCIOUSNESS – EVERYTHING IS YOU.

So live your daily life as always but each person and thing
you notice think ( or say out loud if you can ) …

“This is ME”

Feel the real energetic connection as you think or say it.

EXERCISE TWO – EVERYTHING IS INSIDE ME

Another exercise to get used to the sense of yourself
or presence as the unbounded presence which contains
all the patterns you consider your experience.

Go outside for a walk … as you look around focus
on this statement:

“I am looking inside my self … walking through my mind as a character in my dream.”

EXERCISE THREE – I AM THE CONTAINER

We are used to feeling ourself as these individual bodies
walking through a space-time continuum of ‘people’ and
‘things’.

This exercise will help break that down and enable you
to expand and sense your genuine expanse of presence.

Another walking-feeling affirmation … as you walk say
to yourself:

” I am the container of all existence .. this is all in my mind.”

Say it until you get a sense of yourself as the unbounded
container of all the patterns/images/forms we know as reality.

These are guaranteed effective tools to help you make the
identity shift from you as the ‘primate hominid Joe or Jan
Blow’ to the powerful energetic creative being you are.

We’re not adding anything to you we’re only removing the
temporary walls that have hiding your true essence.

I’m going to give you a perfect analogy and a simple explanation.

BEING ‘AWAKE’ IS EXACTLY LIKE BEING ‘LUCID’ IN THE DREAM STATE.

Let me explain. . .
the most common belief in our culture is when your body is asleep and you
‘dream’ it’s all taking place within your mind and when you awake and are
in your normal Beta state of consciousness you realize this.

Being LUCID means in your dream while dreaming you AWAKE and
realize you’re dreaming and all this is taking place inside your mind.

Being AWAKE in what we consider physical reality is the same thing.
You are conscious of your TRUE SELF and essence – conscious energy,
and realize that your entire experience in physical reality is reflecting what
you are thinking and keeping in your mind (the patterns or images you
are entertaining within yourself as consciousness).

YOU ARE ALWAYS LOOKING AT THE CONTENTS OF YOUR ‘MIND’.

You realize the REAL YOU is both the container and contents
of your experience in ALL so-called dimensions and states of
consciousness.

Using our cultural terminology …
your whole experience is taking place in your ‘mind’ that
area within your self where images are created and stored.

When you are completely AWAKE or aware of your true
self you realize everything is consciousness and it is all the
real us/you.

It is your nature to create patterns or images within
yourself to explore your essence and ultimately know
and love yourself completely.

The only difference is our essence as existence has an
‘always present’ behavior or nature which is the
background for everything we create and can
NEVER be effected by us … the individuals
it becomes.

It’s like existence is our unbounded collective mind
and our collective nature or instinct is to expand and
contract patterns from simple to complex using individual
beings such as us to fine tune the creations through our
acquisition of objective consciousness and intelligence
to know and love ourself completely again.
